This simple, cheap and tasty salad that should replace your evening meal during the week, will clean your intestines and reduce your weight. The main components of this salad that enrich the body with vitamins and minerals are full of fiber and pectin, and thanks to that, this healthy meal contributes to effective cleaning of your intestines, what also means that you can reduce your weight. Most of the ingredients are low-fat, so try to include this salad to your dinner plan for 1 week and easily lose some fat.
- 1 head red cabbage, cored
- 1 beet
- 6 oz carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 large bunch cilantro, leaves roughly chopped
- 3 limes, juiced (about 1/3 cup)
- 2/3 cup neutral oil, such as peanut or safflower
- salt or soya sauce and freshly ground pepper
How to do it:
Shred the cabbage finely with chef’s knife, mandolin slicer or a food processor’s shredding blad. In a very large bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, carrots and beet with the chopped cilantro.Put the lime juice and oil together in a bowl or measuring cup. Mix them together and put some salt to taste, or you can replace the salt with soya sauce because it contain salt but it is not harmful to your health. It is best served from the fridge, but you can refrigerate it for up to 3 days or until it loses its crispness. Bon Appetite !
