First of all i must say that the diet we are going to suggest you today it is a very hard one. The regime last 13 days, but be sure that is very very effective.
What is most important, at the end of the diet you can return to the normal diet without further gaining weight for 2 years. To struggle hunger, just drink a lot of water, at least 2 l/day. You should also know that if you can’t follow this regime and you quit this diet for more than 6 days, you can resume the diet after tree months. Day 1
• Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee (or tea) + 1 sugar cube

• Dinner: 250 g roasted beef + 1 sliced celery

Day 13

• Dinner: 250 g chicken + salad with oil and juice of 1 lemon
