“The main idea is that you eat five meals a day, each one consisting a lean protein, low-GI carbohydrate, adequate fibre, ‘good fats’, and a sugar-free drink. Each meal should be around 300 calories, but you’ll stay full by eating so regularly”.
Her Honestly Healthy cookbook focuses on the alkaline diet. That is based on getting the alkaline levels up and the body’s acidic levels down. Тo kick start your alkaline levels you should drink a cup of hot water with lemon every morning.
Also, by ditching refined sugars and replacing them with raw honey and coconut palm sugar, skipping all cow dairy products with sheep and goat’s milk and eating mostly raw food.

She is taking liquid fish oil almost every day. Her diet consists of quinoa, oily fish, quinoa, green vegetables and lentils.
The star admits that she doesn’t eat bread or any desserts. She sticks to healthy meal plan of salads, lean meat, egg-white omelettes and steamed vegetables.

“I liked to have a light soup, a piece of grilled chicken and some quinoa with grilled asparagus for dinner. I always need my daily vitamins and I loved fresh-pressed juices and coconut water. I also love snacks, but pick healthier options like veggies and hummus or tangerines.”, she admit to People magazine during her last tour.
