Cinnamon Banana Smoothie Recipe
This recipe is awesome for anyone who is looking to add some more green into their diet. This green smoothie is sweet, hearty and packed with nutrition that will give you a real morning boost!
- 2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (Store bought or fresh)
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1 1/2 packed Cups Fresh Washed Spinach
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Hulled Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt
How to do it
Combine all ingredients in a blender (regular or high speed) and blend until smooth. If you are using frozen bananas in a regular blender, I recommend cutting the bananas into small pieces for blending.
Serve as soon as possible, because fresh is best. But also you can stored it in the refrigerator up to 24 hours.
