We all know that eating raw food is so important for our health. But no matter how much I try to eat vegetables and fruit, I always must take a lot of chocolate, what makes increase my weight.
But these days I found the healthy answer. Actually this is my first raw chocolate cake and I assure you – you need only two bites of this so sweet and healthy cake, and all needs for “something sweet” gone.
- 300 g dried figs ( previously submerged in water for a couple hours )
- 2 handfuls of raisins
- 1 avocado
- 10 dates ( previously submerged in water for a couple hours )
- 50 ml of coconut oil
- 50 g cocoa
Blend the ingredients for the crust , if necessary add a little water . Put it in the cake mold and than in freezer . Meanwhile blend all the ingredients for the filling. Pour over prepared crust than put it back in the freezer for 1-2 hours .
Make chocolate for decoration, put it in a freezer bag and cut the edgees of the bag with scissors , through which will go out chocolate . Use your imagination and creativity to daw on the cake whatever you want
