This is also a feast day- you are allowed only one cup of cooked rice for lunch and chose any vegetable you prefer to eat during the day. Reduce the amount of water to 8-12 glasses.
Day 7: Grand finale
On the last day, you can have a cup of cooked rice for lunch and freshly squeezed fruit juice and vegetables throughout the rest of the day. The fruit juice gives a perfect ending to the diet because it flushes all the toxins from the system.
