My personal experience with yoga in pregnancy
Preparations for the arrival of my baby started early during pregnancy. I was actively practicing yoga exercises (asanas) in consultation with my yoga instructor. They helped me to go through pregnancy safely without complications and in positive spirits. That’s how, with great love and embrace I await my newborn. The soothing yoga breathing exercises and relaxation, and possibly the special condition, spontaneously helped me to not have any negative thoughts. Through the classes exercises was adjusted for the period of my pregnancy.
Exercises for greater elasticity and rigidity of muscles, increases mobility of the pelvis and removed or alleviated back pain. The exercises are not exhausting at all, actually they refresh and restore good mood. Integral and inevitable part of the classes was DEEP AND RHYTHMIC BREATHING that enables more oxygen and more vital energy. Breathing techniques relaxed me and helped me to keep my positive energy. The maxim that during pregnancy you should eat for two is not true, but it is true that you can breathe for two.
RELAXATION was imminent release of accumulated tension. Breathing techniques and relaxation were a great benefit to consciously relax between contractions during childbirth and faster rehabilitation and mental freshness.
